If you have an urgent Medical issue that is NOT life threatening, please proceed directly to the Medical Practice and a Doctor will attend to you as soon as possible. If you have a medical or life threatening emergency, please do not ring for an appointment, dial 000 for an Ambulance or proceed to your nearest Emergency Department.

After Hours Care
If you require medical care outside of the normal practice hours please contact our after hours provider, National Home Doctor Service, phone 13 74 25
Home visits will be available to eligible patients of our practice at the discretion of our doctor by appointment. Private fees may apply.
Woodland Street Allied Health Centre is a Private Billing practice, the standard consult fee is $80, additional fees are applicable for longer consults and procedures.
Children under the age of 16 and Pension card holders are now BULK BILLED.
Information on the current private fees charged is available at reception.
Medical Reports and consultations concerning established Workers Compensation and Third Party claims will be charged in accordance with the AMA Fee List.
OSHC consultations will attract a gap fee, starting at $40 for a standard consult. Please ask reception for more information.
Please check with your GP regarding any out-of-pocket expenses incurred for specialist referrals, X-rays, etc.
